10 steps to improve your body
A group of German medical professionals generalize experience of folk medicine and modern scientific achievements to define these methods. As a result they named 10 steps to normalize and speed up metabolism of obese people.
- Cold douche is a good means for burning excess calories we receive with food. The only thing that stops some people form cold douche is tremulousness of those who are eager to loose their weight.
Actually there’s nothing to be afraid of. You should be just attentive to your body while having cold douche and use a special scheme: right leg-left leg-right arm-left arm-belly-chest-back. - Use a brush. - 1 cup hulled barley
- 2 lemons 1/4 cup honey
- Garisol (artichoke)

2 tblsp apple vinegar dilute in 1 glass of water, add 2 tea spoons honey. Drink in the morning before meals. - Nettle
Nettle was recognized as useful means to lose weight by scientist of 50-ies. You can eat nettle salad, nettle soup, nettle water and juice, but only the young sprouts are considered to be the most valuable supplier of vitamins and minerals. - Dry wine
